Instructions to Access Microsoft Teams
Two virtual public meetings will be held.
Meeting 1: October 1, 2025, 12:00pm Mountain Standard Time
Meeting 2: October 1, 2025, 6:00pm Mountain Standard Time
When you click on the link to either meeting, you will be prompted to select one of two (2) options:
Microsoft Teams: Select only if you have a Teams account.
View on the web: This option does not require a Teams account. Please use a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari.
If the meeting has not started yet, you will see the following message:
After the presentation has concluded, comments and questions will be addressed but they can still be submitted during the presentation.
Please enter your full name, email address and company/organization name (if applicable) in addition to your question into the field below after clicking on the question icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
Any questions that do not include this full form of identification will not be considered.
