Instructions to Access Microsoft Teams

Two virtual public meetings will be held.

Meeting 1: [date time link].

Meeting 2: [date time link]. 

When you click on the link to either meeting, you will be prompted to select one of two (2) options:

  1. Microsoft Teams: Select only if you have a Teams account.

  2. View on the web: This option does not require a Teams account. Please use a web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge or Safari.

You will be prompted to enter your name prior to joining the meeting.

Please enter your full name, email address and company/organization name (if applicable). This will allow you to submit a question at the end of the presentation. Any questions that do not include this full form of identification will not be considered.

If the meeting has not started yet, you will see the following message.
